Ārurukșor muner yogam karma kāranam ucyate
Yog’āruḍhasya tsay’aiva samah karaņam ucyate
Bhagavad Gita - chapter 6 verse 3
For one seeking to walk the path of Yoga, action is said to be the means. This action can be formal or informal practices, to still the mind and reduce the mental baggage.
One who has started to experience the state of Yoga,
as the vast infinity of Silence,
in which the individual self is no longer found,
for such a being, abiding quietly as Silence is the practice.
